Customer service and satisfaction is what GCH 2000 have always been built on and that is why we are one of a select few that can claim to still be serving our customers since 1988. We feel that we can offer a more personal and flexible service than our competitors, with the facility to "write contracts on our own book" we are not governed by large finance houses or larger partners like most contract hire "brokers" are. I have been very happy with the service from GCH 2000. Delivery was prompt - well within the time frame that was originally indicated - and I am very pleased with the vehicle itself. I was not at home to accept the delivery personally - but I have been told that the gentleman who delivered the vehicle was very professional and helpful.
I have been very happy with the service that Matthew has provided - even when there was a slight delay in my vehicle being delivered - he handled the situation professionally, and has always replied to any e-mail queries promptly.
I will recommend GCH 2000 to any colleagues that are thinking of leasing.

Obviously I am going to write something nice because I'm excited about my new car. However, I can honestly say that your service is excellent.
When I made contact with GCH it was based on a bit of shopping around. I had already approached a few companies including our existing supplier. Our existing supplier came in much higher than you and a few other companies didn't return quotes. I found that GCH had a very good manner about them and seemed to give me unbiased advice.
I particularly like a non hard cell approach which they seemed to offer. The price was good too. I also found that the quoting speed was excellent and accurate and was better than our existing company.

I've been delighted with the service from GCH2000.
Part of the reason I chose to lease was to avoid all the hassle and time wasting related to going to car showrooms etc. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly, I think the whole thing must have been done with about 4 phone calls. The gentleman who organised my car was crisp and to the point, quickly found the right car, honoured the advertised price and a couple of weeks later its here. Each time the gentleman did what he said he was going to and promptly let me know. Brilliant.
